That relatively small tear is enough to break tubes. Should have found it before replacing the tube. (that scuffed section doesn't continue in either direction. it's werid. rock got stuck against brake?)
Attempting to fix the sidewall. It only cost me a buck. Unfortunately I put it at the wrong spot- there's some more damage right there. Graveyard of tubes in the background.
