this is basically the "before" of my servers and 3D printers workbench.
apartment wall. cut out, but no trench yet.
laundry wall. closet and finish wall removed, trench dug. vinyl has been hung at the far left of the picture.
where my workbenches, servers, and 3D printers were. Look at all that wiring I need to re-hang or rewire!
there used to be stairs here. I need to cut new stringers and put them in ASAP.
I had an audience while filling the car. He didn't believe it would it. Love that trunk strap.
The (former) bench wall. I'll end up removing those conduit runs and redoing them. Can also see where the oil tank pad was. Kinda cool they were able to take it out without having to take the whole floor too.
It's a requirement to leave a message in wet concrete, right?
Stairs are hard.
Lazzor-assisted stair install.
"the stairs are completed" selfie.
Building the mini-wall for the washer/dryer/sink. I don't want it very thick, so it's a 2x4, an electrical box, and a 2x4 in thickness. It's actually hard to build because of that.
Mini-wall. It's fairly easy to see by looking at the bottom plate. The left will be full-height, the right will be the sink and go to the height of the window.
Footprint of oil tank pad, trenched foundation, walls.
